Vendor Information:
Application and Registration Payment must be received no later than September 1, 2024. You will receive an invoice in your email for payment. Please pay upon receipt.
- The festival committee reserves the right to accept, reject, or eject any inappropriate work, display, or unacceptable behavior.
- A detailed description must be submitted on the application to assist with the approval process. A website address or representative photos are required.
- The vendor committee/board will review and approve/decline applications.
- Final confirmation letters with festival details will be emailed on or before September 1.
- Duplicate vendor types and items will be avoided but this is not guaranteed.
- No yard sale or projectile-type items, knives, or guns are permitted.
- Apple-themed items are welcomed and encouraged.
CHECK-IN/REGISTRATION and Attendance:
Check-in/Registration will take place at the following times:
NO REFUNDS FOR NO-SHOWS. If the event is cancelled, refunds will be issued.
Booths MUST remain open during the entire festival hours on both days unless a special exception is granted. If you leave early, you may not be considered for next year's festival.

- Friday, Sept. 6, 6:00-9:00 pm (street is not available until 6:00 pm)
- Saturday, Sept. 7, 8:00-10:00 am

Booth Spaces:
- Please bring your own tables, chairs, canopies, etc.
- No WIFI available
- Food vendors are located based on electric and water supply capacity
- Electricity and water are available free of charge, if necessary and available
- The previous year's booth location is not guaranteed
- Booth size is approximately 12' X 12' for crafts/commercial and 15' X 20' for food vendors
Vendor Types:
"Handcrafted" means items personally made by the vendor.
Sale of food items, prepared or consumed on grounds, whether for profit or non-profit are considered to be a food vendor.
Produce and food/beverage items that are not prepared or intended to be consumed on grounds are charged a business rate. Appropriate licensing required.

Miscellaneous:
- NO PETS ALLOWED except for legitimate service animals.
- Raffles and drawings may be permitted for individual vendors, with prior request/approval.
